Steve Privat is originally from Huancayo, in the central highlands of Peru. He is regional coordinator of an agro-ecological project, as well as studying anthropology at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He also has a degree in Zootechnics from the National Agrarian University La Molina, and is a student in Biblical Sciences at the Faculty of Theology and Religion AETE and the Latin American Biblical University. Steve is a member of the Methodist Church of Peru. He has been involved in national faith movements for students and youth, holding regional leadership positions. He has participated in the Ecumenical Research Department in Costa Rica, and is a member of a Latin American evangelical creation care movement.
