Dr. Tonie Stolberg is Lecturer in Science and Science Education at the University of Birmingham. His current work seeks to describe what approaches might best be adopted to encourage the development of personally meaningful educational practices. He is interested in the different ways scientific meanings are used; especially when individuals use a dominant epistemological lens. In his current research this is normally a particular faith tradition or artistic means of enquiry. He is the co-author of ‘Teaching Religion and Science’ published by Routledge in 2011.
