Dr Astle a Programme Leader-Track scientist at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge. He runs an intramurally funded MRC programme exploring the neural mechanisms of attention in typically and atypically developing children, and is a Research Associate at St. John’s College. He was previously the Fulford Junior Research Fellow (Somerville College, University of Oxford), then a British Academy Research Fellow and held a faculty post at Royal Holloway (University of London) before moving to Cambridge.
