The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, motivated, and appropriately qualified individual to cover a period of maternity leave in our Youth and Schools Programme. This position will support the programme’s work in schools, churches and resource creation, as well as the Faraday Institute’s wider national and international reputation for excellence in communicating about ‘Big Questions’ of science and faith with young people.

  • The position full time and is available from Monday 10th October 2022, for 9 months in the first instance.
  • The role requires education to degree level in a relevant subject area, knowledge and enthusiasm regarding the science-faith dialogue and its relevance to young people, and agreement with the Faraday Institute’s ethos.
  • The role will require some flexibility in working hours and travel, with some trips necessitating overnight stays.
