It is with sadness that we have to report Professor Sir John Meurig-Thomas FRS (chemist) has died of cancer on November 13, 2020, aged 87.
A good friend of The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion, the former director of the Royal Institution joined us to speak on the genius of Michael Faraday.
Throughout his life he spoke on the extraordinary impact of Michael Faraday on chemistry and related subjects. Our sympathies are extended to his whole family.
